The hotel's location was perfect - in the city center with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and well-equipped with essential amenities. The bed comforter was top-notch and the staff, especially the lady supervisor, were friendly. It was thoughtful of the hotel to arrange our rooms on the same level. a great stay!

The hotel is situated at city center, making it easy to access and has proper parking. The staff were attentive and provided basic amenities. The rooms had comfortable king-sized beds.

The hotel's location is convenient as there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, such as a 24-hour mamak shop and Maybank. It's also just a short distance from Kelis Castle which was a great attraction. The shower has a good heater which is rare in some places.

The hotel staff could be better trained, but it didn't detract from my overall positive experience.

The clean bathroom and provided amenities like a hairdryer and tea kettle were great. I'll recommend this hotel for a short and comfortable stay.
